TERMA DAN SYARAT

PROMOSI 11.11 MALYAN EXPO CETAK CAWAN BAGI TAHUN 2020

1. Promosi ’11.11 Malyan Expo Cetak Cawan’ adalah sah untuk tempoh 1 hari sahaja pada 11 November 2020 bermula jam 12.01 tengah malam sehingga 11.59 malam.

2. Promosi ini terbuka kepada semua pelanggan Malyan dan bukan pelanggan Malyan di Malaysia sahaja.

3. Mekanisme promosi adalah seperti berikut:

Blok Mesin dan Ai File adalah PERCUMA.

3.1 Pesanan 1ctn : Harga sebelum diskaun RM11.11/ctn

PP 12oz (2,000pcs RM410.00) 

PP 16oz (2,000pcs RM410.00) 

PP 22oz (1,000pcs RM265.00) 

PET 12oz (1,000pcs RM301.00) 

PET 16oz (1,000pcs RM332.00) 

PET 20oz (1,000pcs RM371.00)

3.2 Cetakan siap 1 hari : Kiraan tempoh cetakan adalah 24jam/1hari selepas pihak Malyan menerima bayaran penuh dari pelanggan berserta logo dalam format Ai/PDF. 

3.3 Logo 1 warna : Warna yang ditawarkan untuk cetakan adalah Warna Hijau, Oren, Biru, Unggu, Merah, Coklat, Kuning, Emas, Putih, Hitam.

3.4 Diskaun RM 11.11/ctn : Semua pelanggan yang menyertai promosi secara automatik diberikan diskaun RM11.11/ctn.

4. Satu penyertaan hanya layak untuk 1 logo sahaja, namun Malyan menerima pesanan melebihi 1ctn.

5. Pesanan/Penyertaan promosi boleh dibuat melalui aplikasi whatapps di talian 0129741242 dan telefon atau lain-lain kaedah yang dirasakan sesuai oleh pihak Malyan.

6. Malyan mempunyai hak eksklusif untuk mencetak atau menyiarkan nama dan gambar peserta promosi untuk tujuan promosi di dalam akhbar atau majalah.

7. Malyan tidak akan bertanggungjawab, secara langsung atau tidak terhadap sebarang kehilangan, kerugian atau kemungkinan yang dialami oleh peserta promosi, disebabkan oleh penyertaan mereka dalam promosi ini atau daripada sebarang tindakan di pihak Malyan.

8. Dengan menyertai promosi ini, pelanggan dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan terma dan syarat rasmi yang terkandung di sini, termasuk keputusan yang dibuat oleh pihak Malyan yang dianggap muktamad, terikat dan menyeluruh.

9. Sebarang surat-menyurat, bantahan dan rayuan tidak akan dilayan. Malyan juga mempunyai hak eksklusif untuk menukar, meminda, memotong atau menambah kandungan dalam terma dan syarat ini dengan memberi notis terlebih dahulu sebelum pembayaran dibuat daripada pelanggan yang menyertai promosi.
